Home and Community Services Overview – AFH Providers – Programs and Eligibility

Home and Community Services (HCS) has created a series of voluntary trainings for AFH Providers (Owners and Resident Managers) who work with Medicaid eligible clients. The trainings are presented by a panel of HCS Subject Matter Experts and offer information, resources, and support. We will provide an overview of Medicaid Programs available in a residential setting, explore client eligibility and review the CARE assessment. 1.5 CEUs Available. We hope you will join us.
