Informal Dispute Resolution and Administrative Hearing Walkthrough

Did you receive a Statement of Deficiency you do not agree with? Is your resident appealing a Transfer and Discharge notice?  Please Join Liz Crittenden and Brenna Botsford, Education & Support Specialists with the AFH Council for this informative discussion about the Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) Process and Administrative Hearing Procedures.

Learning Objectives:

• Discuss the difference between the IDR and Administrative Hearing Process.

• Discuss your right to appeal and which appeal process is appropriate for your situation.

• Review how to complete necessary paperwork.

• Review deadlines to turn in information.

• Review how to present information to the IDR Manager or Administrative Law Judge.

1.5 hours of CE are available for members who attend the entire presentation.
