During the webinar, we will review the recently updated ProviderOne for Social Services Billing Guides, the ProviderOne for Social Services webpage, and provide a high-level overview of the ProviderOne system including:
- Viewing and updating information in ProviderOne
- Viewing authorization lists
- Submitting and adjusting claims
- Viewing claim status & payments
