Description
Our Adult Family Home is located in the quiet community of Maple Valley. Blue Horizon is an AFH to build memories where you can truly be yourself. Our home provides a feeling of goodness, comfort, stability, and growth. We are RN owned and operated with 11 years of hospital nursing experience and 5 years of management in the hospitality industry. Nursing on a medical surgical floor allowed care for those living with conditions related to heart and blood pressure, gastro-intestinal, neurological conditions, seizures, strokes, bed bound, wounds, peg-tubes, IV transfusions, dementia/mental health, non-verbal/blind/deaf, incontinence/impactions, pressure ulcers, catheters/ostomies, and more. We are confident in our ability to take care of the most vulnerable in the community with the care and attention of experienced professionals with the feel and comfort of home. Our mission is to provide resident centered care that is specifically tailored to maximize potential and growth.
