Nurse Practitioner – Specialized in Gerontology
Our home is led by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in gerontology, with years of experience caring for older adults.

Registered Pharmacist – Medication Safety & Expertise
Our leadership also includes a registered pharmacist who supports medication safety and accuracy.

- ADMINISTRATION OF NUTRITION AND MEDICATIONS VIA A VARIETY OF FEEDING TUBES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, G-TUBES, J-TUBES, NG-TUBES
- AFH Licensed for 6 residents offering care ranging from level one to full care.
- AFH owned by fully engaged husband (... experience former professor of Human Ecology) and wife (RN-BSN Brain Injury certified).
- ALS, MS, MD CLIENTS ACCEPTED
- ARNP home visits; mental health home visits; pharmacist home visits; vaccinations on-site;
- ARNP owned and operated with 24/7 on call team available
- Alarms/ Secure Facility
- All services will be discussed before residents will move in
- Assistance with Daily Living (ADLs)
