TB Rulemaking Webinars Continue in 2025
Residential Care Services (RCS) resumed the tuberculosis rulemaking workshops in July 2024. We have completed the TB rulemaking workshops for nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We will continue tuberculosis rulemaking for adult family homes and enhanced services facilities through Spring 2025. We want to hear from you! Please note that the 2025 legislative session has temporarily impacted the timeline of the rulemaking project in the beginning of 2025.
We encourage you to sign up for all sessions to help ensure consistency with rulemaking and participation.
The new webinars are scheduled for the following dates and times:
Meeting 7: Tuesday, February 18, 2025, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Topic: Reviewing Adult Family Home Tuberculosis Rules
– Review AFH TB draft rules with comments and feedback;
– WAC 388-76-10265 through WAC 388-76-10310; and
– New and repealed sections; and
– Parking lot items.
Meeting 8: Tuesday, April 1, 2025, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Topic: Reviewing Enhanced Services Facilities Tuberculosis Rules
– Review ESF TB draft rules with comments and feedback;
– WAC 388-107-0450 through WAC 388-107-0542; and
– New and repealed sections.
Meeting 9: Tuesday, May 6, 2025, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Topic: Reviewing Enhanced Services Facilities Tuberculosis Rules
– Review ESF TB draft rules with comments and feedback;
– WAC 388-107-0450 through WAC 388-107-0542;
– New and repealed sections; and
– Parking log items.
