How do I Sign In?
- If you previously had an account with Room & Care, go to roomandcare.com and Login
using your existing email and password. - After you log in, click Provider Manager at the top of the page.
How do I Register for a New Account?
- Go to roomandcare.com and click Register. Fill out the fields and click Create Account.
If you get a message that your email address already exists, click Login, and then
Forgot Password to get a password reset link. If you can’t find the password reset link
in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
If the link went to your junk or spam folder: Mark the email as “Not Spam” or “Move
To Inbox” – AND – add support@roomandcare.com as a Contact. If you skip this step,
your Referral Invites may end up in your spam folder. - After you Register, click I’m a Provider at the top of the page. Enter your Facility Name
and verify by phone, text or email. - Once you’re verified, click Provider Manager
How do I Update My Facility Info?
- From your main Provider Manager Dashboard, click Facilities on the left side menu.
- To the right of your Facility, click the Edit button
- Fill out all the fields to indicate what you offer at your facility, and click Save.
How do I List a Room?
- From your main Provider Manager Dashboard, click Listings on the left side menu.
- Click New Listing and fill out all the fields to indicate the type of client you’re seeking.
Then click Save. - To edit your existing listings, you can click Edit at the right side of each listing.
How do I get more referrals and more clients?
- Make sure all of your listings have lots of high quality photos.
This is the number one thing that makes your listing stand out. If you’ve ever searched
online for a hotel/airbnb/home/apartment – you would never book a place that didn’t
have photos. It’s the same for families seeking care for a parent or loved one. - Make sure to sign in often. Your “Last Active Date” gets updated on all of your listings every time you sign in. Case Managers and Clients are more likely to choose a listing that says “Last Active 4 hours ago” instead of a listing that says “Last Active 4 Months Ago”
- Respond quickly to Referral Invites.
Your listings will soon display your “Usual Response Time” to both Case Managers as
well as Private Pay clients. Clients may prefer a provider who “Usually responds in 2
hours” instead of a provider who “Usually responds in 2 days”.
