NEW AFHC Website!
Our new website launched this week! We’re thrilled to offer an enhanced experience for our members and our community of care seekers. Finding the right AFH is now easier than ever with our improved search features and user-friendly interface. Providers will now be able to make some changes to their listing directly on the website and take advantage of our updated Document Library. We’ve also streamlined navigation throughout our site to make it easier to find the information you need. Learn more about the key changes to our site below:
Our Find a Home page has a new look and robust features to connect care seekers with providers. Advanced filtering options are available, including certain services that offered in an AFH and searching within a specific distance of a location. Care seekers can also “bookmark” and compare options, as well as directly contact providers via the emails associated with each listing. This page randomizes and refreshes daily so every home has an opportunity to be featured.
Providers can now make certain changes to their home directly from their my account page. This includes:
- Your description
- Photos
- Payment Types
- Room Types
- Additional Languages
We’re relying on all of our members to review their profile and update their payment types, room types, and additional languages so that these filters can be added to our home finder.
Currently, all other details will need to be updated in AIDA. Please note that any changes made on our website will override the information in the AIDA profile.
The revamped Document Library has been enhanced with a new layout, improved search functionality. This update also included a range of new documents and forms designed to support providers in their day-to-day operations, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to deliver high-quality care.
Get connected with any of our 11 regional chapters that regularly meet to offer training opportunities, industry updates, and networking with fellow providers and affiliate business partners.
Thank you to all of our members and affiliate business partners who helped make these changes happen!
Please contact our office with any questions or concerns and we’d be happy to help!
