Need help with new CBHS services? We’re here to help!

Do you have questions about how to bill for Community Behavioral Health Support (CBHS) services? Or maybe questions about how to contract with the managed care organizations (MCO). Are you having trouble and not sure where to turn for help?

The Health Care Authority (HCA) invites Adult Family Homes providing Community Behavioral Health Support services to join HCA, DSHS, and the managed care organizations every Monday morning from 8:00-8:30 AM.

This call provides time to ask questions, share your concerns and experiences working with CBHS, and make connections to resolve issues.

*NEW* Billing Template

Available March 1: Adult Family Homes can begin using the Supportive Supervision billing template to bill CBHS services. The new billing template will allow you to bill for all days in one line. It also includes instructions for how to fill out the spreadsheet.

Be on the look out for trainings hosted by the Adult Family Home Council in March. This training will focus on billing including how to fill out the billing template
