(UPDATE) Mornings With Member Support: Your Space for Questions, Clarity, and Connection
Mornings With Member Support is a twice-monthly virtual forum designed to give Adult Family Home providers direct access to AFHC’s regulatory and member support team. Led by Maleia Press, AFHC’s Regulatory Support Director, together with the Member Support staff, these sessions are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 8:30–9:30 a.m. They are structured as open conversations, allowing providers to engage with AFHC staff in a straightforward, practical setting.
Each session centers on regulatory support and real-world application of state and federal requirements. Providers are invited to bring questions related to regulatory compliance, surveys, documentation, resident rights, and day-to-day operational issues in their homes. Whether you are working through a complex situation, confirming your understanding of a rule, or seeking assurance that your practices align with expectations, Mornings With Member Support offers an accessible, solution-focused environment. The forum also serves as an ongoing opportunity to build relationships with the Member Support team and fellow providers.
