Participants will learn how families research and select care, why a modern and credible online presence is essential for visibility and stable occupancy, and what key elements make an AFH website both effective and compliant. The presentation covers maintaining accurate and regularly updated content, optimizing and managing a Google Business Profile, and using thoughtful visual storytelling to clearly communicate services and values. Attendees will leave with practical, actionable steps to strengthen their digital presence in ways that support transparency, professionalism, and long-term business sustainability within regulatory standards. 1.0 CEU available to all AFH Council members who attend. |
