Vendor Registration

Vendor table registration is now open for the 2026 Adult Family Home Council Fall Conference, taking place September 24–25 at the Tulalip Resort Casino!

Become a vendor and connect directly with adult family home providers from across Washington State while showcasing your products and services to a highly engaged audience. Join us as we celebrate 30 years of resilience through Voice, Value, and Vision.


Vendor Table

Includes:

  • One 6-foot table
  • Two chairs
  • Two Fall Conference tickets for vendor representatives
  • Conference access for both registered representatives
  • Listing in the official conference program and on the AFHC website
  • Access to conference networking opportunities and exhibit hall traffic
  • Opportunity to provide one promotional item for attendee welcome bags

Promotional items must be approved by AFHC and delivered by the submission deadline provided to registered vendors. Late items may not be included in the welcome bags.


Vendor Table Electricity Add-On

Electricity is not included with the standard Vendor Table registration.

If your Table requires power, add the Vendor Table Electricity Add-On to your registration to help ensure your exhibit is set up and ready for a successful event.

Electrical access is subject to venue requirements and availability. Vendors are responsible for bringing any approved extension cords, surge protectors, adapters, or other equipment required for their display unless otherwise stated.

Vendor tables are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reserved exclusively for AFHC affiliate business partners.

Vendor Table Extra Ticket Add-On

Each Vendor Table registration includes two-day conference admission for two representatives, covering both Thursday and Friday.

If more than two team members will attend or staff your Table, you must purchase one Vendor Table Extra Ticket Add-On for each additional representative. Each add-on ticket also provides admission for both days of the conference.

Every representative must have their own badge and conference credentials. Badges and credentials may not be shared or transferred between team members.


Representative Information Required

During checkout, provide the full name and email address of each person who will receive a conference ticket or vendor badge in the Order Details Form using one line for each representative and their email.

Your Vendor Table includes registration for two representatives. Include one additional representative for each Vendor Table Extra Ticket purchased.

Please verify that all names and email addresses are accurate before submitting your registration.


Table Placement Requests

Vendor table locations are assigned by AFHC based on event layout, safety requirements, sponsorship commitments, registration order, and other operational considerations.

You may submit a preferred location or placement request during registration. AFHC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but placement is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by AFHC.


Exhibit Hall Hours

Wednesday – Vendor Setup
6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

Thursday – Exhibit Hall Hours
7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
The exhibit hall will close at 5:30 p.m. to allow for dinner setup. Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m.

Friday – Exhibit Hall Hours
7:30 a.m.–5:15 p.m.

Please note that times are subject to change. Vendors are expected to remain set up and available for the full exhibit hall hours on both Thursday and Friday.


Vendor Registration Agreement

By submitting a Vendor Table registration, you certify that you are authorized to register and legally bind the participating organization.
