WHO MAY REGISTER?Licensed adult family home providers may register at the applicable member or nonmember rate. A valid AFH license number is required. Individuals actively working toward opening or licensing an adult family home should contact AFHC before registering. Current AFHC membership will be required in these situations. Affiliate Business Partners and other industry professionals should contact AFHC to discuss available sponsorship, exhibitor, or attendance opportunities rather than purchasing a provider ticket.
