Four Executive Board positions are due for re-election and one position is vacant and needs to be filled.
The positions are:
- Region Two Delegate (Kittitas, Yakima, Klickitat, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Garfield, Asotin counties)
- Region Five Delegate (Kitsap, Pierce counties)
- At Large Delegate (statewide)
- At Large Delegate (statewide)
Nominations for Region Two and Five must be made by and be for AFHC members in good standing in those designated counties. The two “At Large” position must be nominated by and be for a AFHC member in good standing anywhere in the state.
- Nominations should include the name and license number of the nominee and nominator.

- Nominations must be submitted no later than November 18, 2015
Once nominations close the nominating committee of the board will review the nominations and create a ballot to be distributed to all AFHC members in good standing. Each licensed home will receive one vote. Voting will close on 12/29/15. New Board members will be announced around January 5, 2016.
