AFHC is asking adult family home providers to complete the Live-In Care Impact Survey.
The survey will help estimate how many homes and live-in caregivers may be affected by the Washington Supreme Court’s decision in Bolina v. AssureCare. Results will support legislative, budget, collective bargaining, and policy discussions.
Your information will remain confidential. Responses will be analyzed and reported in aggregate, with identifying information removed from external reports and presentations. A license number is required to verify that each response represents one licensed adult family home and to prevent duplicate responses.
If you own or operate multiple licensed homes, please submit a separate survey for each home. Do not combine information from multiple homes into one response.
