Puget Sound Nursing Services LLC provides registered nurse physical assessments for individuals seeking placement in Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living facilities, and group homes. We delegate basic nursing skills to licensed care providers as well as family members. We monitor care providers’ credentials, performance, and client outcomes. We serve Lewis, Mason, Thurston, Greys Harbor, Clallam, and Jefferson Counties. We accept Medicaid and private pay clients.
