Adult Family Home Council’s 2017 Fall Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
There are many sponsorship opportunities to get your company name and logo in front of AFH Council members! Build your conference experience by including extra sponsorships to gain further exposure. By checking your choice of sponsorship, you can be assured you will be in the forefront of adult family home owners and operators!
Sponsorship selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hotel Keys – $1,000 (one available) – Advertise on each attendee’s hotel key card! Your business logo will be printed on each attendee’s key card. Commitment must be made by September 1, 2017.
Meals & Refreshments – Host a meal and/or refreshments and advertise your business at the same time! AFH Council will post conspicuous signs announcing your company’s sponsorship, list your company in the conference program as the meal sponsor, and during the meal you will be given a chance to address all the attendees to introduce yourself and your business.
Day 1 Breakfast – $1,500
Day 2 Breakfast – $1,500
Day 1 Lunch – $1,500
Day 2 Lunch – $1,500
Refreshments/Break Snacks – $1,000
Hospitality Evening Event – $2,000
Be an evening host of beverages & appetizers on the evening of September 28th and enjoy visiting with attendees.
Attendee Scholarship Opportunities – $225/each AFH Council Member Attendee
Consider providing scholarships for attendees to attend for free! Your company will be recognized accordingly in the conference program
In-kind Sponsorship Opportunities
Your company-specific donation will in turn offer full exposure through advertising! Consider the following;
Pens/Notepads/Other Tschotchkes – Affiliate Business Partners Only – provide AFH Council with 500 of pens, notepads or other tschotchkes to be given to attendees upon check-in
Auction Item – Provide AFH Council with a fabulous auction item, or equivalent moneys to purchase an auction item. Your company will be advertised as the sponsor for that item!
